The FSBs demand for Durov is technically impossible and contradicts the Constitution of the Russian Federation

The founder of the Telegram said that it is technically impossible to give information to the FSB to decode messages from users. Durov also said that the special service is trying to expand its influence at the expense of the constitutional right of citizens.

The message is coded with a key, the second part of which is on the receiving device. Illiteracy of the Russian authorities is impressive.
